Miss Brooke is the Assistant Manager at our Bald Hills Centre. Miss Brooke’s career in Early Childhood began in 2018 and holds an Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Miss Brooke has been with Kids Capers Childcare since August 2023.

In Miss Brooke’s short time here at Kids Capers, she believes that she has found an amazing work environment that feels like home to not only herself but to her children as well.

What is Miss Brooke passionate about in the Early Years?

Miss Brooke is passionate about the Early Learning years and the first five years of a child’s life as she enjoys watching each child on their own journey as they learn and grow, with her support and knowledge as their Early Childhood Educator. Miss Brooke believes that the development within the first five years, builds foundations of each child’s individual future development that can last a lifetime. In Miss Brooke’s personal philosophy, she believes in nurturing within the whole child. The whole child is an approach that provides each individual child with agency, support, fostering curiosity, creating relationships, connecting to nature, choice, freedom of play and valuing a child’s voice.

What does Miss Brooke like doing outside of Kids Capers Childcare?

Outside of work, Miss Brooke is a mother to two beautiful boys, that enjoy going on adventures and creating memories and experiences together as a family. You will often find Miss Brooke at their local AFL club, seeking out the best local coffee, at the beach or camping.
