Hi, my name is Sophie, I moved over from a small town in Ireland to join the team Kids Capers Clayfield in January 2017. I am advanced diploma qualified in Early Childhood care and education which I completed in 2015. I have also just completed a diploma in Business Leadership and Management August 2019 and a Diploma in HR Management in May 2020.
I have been with the Kids Capers Family since January 2017 and I joined the leadership team in 2018 and trained as a Centre Leader before taking on the role of Centre Manager in October 2019. I feel so privileged to support a team of such passionate educators to create the best outcomes for children and provide the highest quality of care. I have grown so much as a Centre Manger in the last couple and am looking forward to taking the next step of becoming a Support Manager and am looking forward to sharing my passion and knowledge with Miss Brodie, the educators and the families at Kids Capers Mango Hill.
